What motor are you using in your E Revo?

Are the 2200kv enough power? Is the 1800kv too much power? Im building a E Revo and Im trying to figure what size motor I should put in it. Most likely use 2c or 3c lipos. And what ESC do you guys use?

LOL, I guess that depends on what you consider too much power to be.

The 2200 is what traxxas ships them with.

I would get a 1800 though if I were I were buying one for mine now...I've heard it doesn't get as hot when geared for the same speed vs the 2200.

Nobody has actually mentioned a motor size yet. Those are just the Kv ratings of the motors. LOL

I'm running a 2560kv ******* track star 6 pole motor. It's a beast and will give the MMM good competition. It's much smoother then the MMM as well.
