    Exclamation Snow bashing=rusting

Went snow bashing for about 10 min this last Saturday, and took apart my slashbcuz it wouldn't roll on Tuesday. Found that the bearing in the slipper clutch and the bearing in the motor mount had froze up like they got water in them and it rusted. I thought these bearings were supposed to be sealed, or was I wrong?

Has anybody else had these types of issues?

The stock bearing is not that great. It is one of the the things that is recommended to swap out. You can look at the King Headz motor mount that includes a bigger, better bearing. The Yeah Racing bearings have been talked about around on the forums and seem to be one of the better choices to get to replace the rest of the bearings. They run around $11 for a set.
