Best cheaper Lipo battery & charger for a Mamba Max 3800 system in a 2 wheel Stampede

Just ordered a Mamba Max Pro SCT 3800 brushless system for my 2 wheel drive Stampede. Looking for some insight on what Lipo batteries (2 and 3 cell) I should look at purchasing as well as a charger. Need to upgrade my old charger that does not work with Lipo's.

Looking for speed, long run times, and battery life longevity. Mainly bash and race on the streets.

Would like to get 2 batteries, one 2s and one 3s at least 4000mah and not spend more then 50 a battery. Really cheaper the better as long as they are quality.

Spc lipos are said to be great packs for cheap. You'll be able to get a 2s and a 3s for around 50 each that are More than 4000mah.

I'd recommend ProMatch or SPC. Both offer base and performance packs for an excellent price.

All 6 of the SPC packs I have owned have outperformed their specs.

Have any of you guys put one of the 2s or 3s SPC packs in a xl-5 stampede? I don't know which ones will fit.
What size should I get in terms of cell count? 25,30,40...?
