Can someone better explain the 2 a-arm holes

I tried reading about them, but I didn't understand what bump steer is etc.

Just wondering why there are 2 positions the pin in the a-arms can slide into and the pros/cons , thx

The lower pin holes can change the roll center of the truck and improve the handling.

Bump steer and roll center are two different things and are controlled different I believe.

Bump steer is when you compress the suspension and the camber angle changes throughout the wheels vertical travel=bad. This is controlled but seldom used by flipping the ball studs over. I think??

Roll center(moving the pins) effects the center of gravity. I'm not for sure on the rest.
