    Angry Rear diff gone again!!!!

Well for the 5th time my rear diff is stripped again This time when it stripped I had STRC aluminum diff cases for front and rear and the hot racing diff cup front and rear, and both front and rear diffs are shimmed too!!! And both with hot glue filled in around them in the bulkhead. WHAT IS GOING ON

Welcome to the Stock Unshimmed Diffs Work Perfectly Fine club

That's not to say I won't be all over those hybrid RCM bulks/diffs when they come out...

Yep i now have like 30-40 runs on both of my stock diffs, the front diff was shimmed after about 20 runs, and the rear diff was shimmed a few weeks ago. I also inspected the rear diff, and it was still fine. That is on 6S and 4S power . Shimming was needed though, there was quite some play on the pinion.
