    Wink Tough Slash!

    Guy's,

I was out bashing with the 4x4 today and it was a great day of high jumps and hard ladings, but the 4x4 just kept coming back for more.

The Slash 4x4 is one of the best RC's in my collection, thinking of adding another.

Are your trucks holding up as well?

Proline shocks are a great upgrade! The stock did well but I grew tired of bending shafts.

    littlejoe,

I have 30+ packs through my Slash and all is well. That includes a mix of track racing, offroad and on road bashing & 20-foot jumps.

I have to replace the body mine was the PE edition which had the thinner body. I bought a set of RPM arms and have yet to use them the stock arms are holding up great.

I upgraded to the stiffer springs and they made a world of difference in performance.

As mentioned above I am planning on adding another 4x4 to my collection and it will be converted to on road using the STRC conversion, I plan on using the Proline shocks as suggested above...
