    What's the difference?

Besides the obvious what's the difference between the erevo and erbe? As I already have the cc system is it better to get the normal one or has the brushless system got added extras?

The brushless has the 17mm hexes and if I am not mistaken the straight erevo has an am radio and the Erbe comes with a 2.4ghz.

Different rims for the 17mm hexes Conrad859 mentioned.

Different motor mounting plate for only one motor.

Can't forget the oh so important logos and branding.

I guess that would count as obvious.

So could I use the 17mm hex upgrades I bought for my rusty and hook up the mamba monster kit I have? Is there a backing plate for the tranny?

I mounted a mamba monster esc and motor (kv2200) in my first Erevo when I decided my Hobbywing Brushless motor and ESC had to be used for another car. That means I have converted the Erevo to a BL twice now...no problems... I also did the 17mm hex upgrade on my Erevo.
What do you mean by backing plate for the tranny ?

Well the normal e revo has two motors and the Erbe only has one. So if I was to purchase the e revo and threw in a mamba monster set up and run one engine wouldn't that mean that there would be a hole or something where the second motor used to be?

Normal Revo = Brushed Revo, Engine = gas, motors = ele.

Yes you will have an extra hole, or you can buy a new motor plate.

Yep either cover the extra hole with tape or buy a traxxas spare part called single motor plate instead of the dual motor plate you have right now....either is just fine and only a matter of perfectionism if single motor plate is purchased :-)
