    Goliath tire ?

Anyone tried the Goliath tire with the Axial narrow beadlocks. The Goliath tires also come mounted on chrome rims that tower lists as ok for Revo. Anyone tried the combo on a Summit, was there any clearance problems.

The goliath will not fit on 40 series wheels(axial oversize beadlocks). Look through the picture archieve I know someone used goliath tires in there.

I have the Goliaths mounted on Blast chrome wheels. No clearance problems, however be aware you'll need 17mm socket to get into the nut and I couldn't find one that would go into the wheel well--took a socket and dremel and 1 hour to make a suitable wrench. Got the Goliaths because 80% of my running is blacktop or short grass. They work and look great for what I want.

    pics here and here.

I wonder about the weight (these numbers are taken from internet, I hope they are accurate):
    HPI Goliath tire on HPI Blast wheel (+foam): 458g (4x = 1832g)
Stock Summit Canyon tire and wheel combo: 326g (4x = 1304g)

If weight difference is 0,5kg, would it be a reason to change pinion and spur gear size and how?
