    Raptor body on a rally

    Has anyone tried it if so how does it fit if u have a pic can u post it

    You would need longer body posts, I believe.

    Its too narrow of a body to cover the tires. I tried it for the fun of it when I got a raptor body for my merv...I actually have a botched raptor body laying around, if you want ill take some pics and send it to you....or post em here

    I did it. I had to cut 1 inch out of the body and re-assemble it. Heres a few pics:


    The width is almost perfect... but the length is the problem. By removing essentially a strip of the body the same width as the rear windows pretty much made it the perfect length. I re-attached the 2 pieces using small strips of lexan and shoe-goo... It was strong till I sold it... in shipping the post office crushed the box and the 2 halves came apart. For daily driving I think it would have held up fine.

    Are you talking about the raptor body for the Merv from proline? cause i'm almost sure that wont fit, a diff raptor body may

    The raptor body on my truck is the Jconcepts body for a 1/10 stampede.

    So it probably would without a bumper? or buying/trimming a new foam.
