about temp of battery

I see that the discharge temperature for lipo battery should be between 32-140'F.
But the weather where I live during winter usually goes 0-10'F.
Is it still safe to use my lipo during the winter?

Yes, it's safe. If the lipo gets too cold you may feel some sluggishness at first until the lipo warms up a little.

Indeed, it is a good idea to store lipos indoors before you use them, or if you are outside for a while store the packs/ spare packs in your pockets next to your body to keep them warm.
