1800 mAh Boost 3S LIPO charging to full charge , but Dying in a few minutes

i bought 2 - 45C 3S Boost batteries , they both have about 20-25 charges on them ( using my Thunder AC6 , which has been great so far ) But on one of the batts its charging to full ( 12.6 V , @ 4.20 per cell ) But even at full charge only lasts 5 minutes, ( opposed to a good 15-20 minutes with the other ) and is MUCH weaker than the other boost batt ,( in terms of initial power and top speed ,) which seems to be just fine.. I charge @ .8 - 1.0 Amps, but dont know if I should continue to charge the bad battery or not..

Also , on the esc when the light starts blinking red indicating the battery is low or near dead , here are the results once I put them on the charger

Good battery - 10.2 V @ 3.4 V per cell
Bad Battery - 11.6 V @ 3.9 (ish ) V per cell

This is an issue you need to take to the manufacturer or vender you bought the battery from. Traxxas does not allow this type of tech support for other companies products on this forum.
