Electric Lawn Mower Attachment for E-Revo Brushless

I have to do an assignment for Design and Technology, we can make anything we want to as long as it has aesthetics and is functional. I couldn't think of anything, so while mowing the lawn i came up with the idea of an lawn mower attachment for my E-Revo. I ran over some plans in my head where i have a blade covered by a plastic covering which is powered by a titan 775 motor, maybe 1 or 2? Connected to a Traxxas EVX-2 ESC from a basic E-Revo or the Summit.

I was wondering if i did this and connected it to the receiver box in the E-Revo, would i be able to turn it on/off from my controller? I have the Traxxas 4-channel controller.

And if any other ideas that would be helpful in stability, looks, power, etc can you mention some? It would be much appreciated.

    Thanks

You don't have to power the mower if you use a wheel-driven, reel-type mower:

    ...or seven.
I know they're having their break there by your brake drums. No, you're not invited.

Is there any reason why you can't cannibalize an existing mower or electric weedwacker, and then retro fit the parts you need with some new parts ( mounting mechanism & control interface of some sort or other like a relay to control the cutter motor ).

I like the cylinder mower idea though, only snag with those is that the grass has to be mowed on a very regular basis otherwise it requires a lot of strength to push/pull the mower through it ( I know that for a fact... ); being a perfectly flat or smooth lawn helps a lot too. A really low geared truck with large wheels and a lot of ballast would do the trick though I imagine..
