is it safe to use on the engine? and safe on the ujoints? i have a slash 2wd titan12t motor
and on another note anyone know why my steering gives out then comes back?
not good for any of what you said IMO. Use 3n1 or a bearing oil on the bushings of the motor only after cleaning it with some nitro force or some electrical motor cleaner . only a drop or two of oil for the motor.
Its also good for ball joints and universals and that's it.
Check your radio settings first. then....
I would check the connectors at the Receiver. Then after confirming it was hooked up and the plug is undamaged in any way, I would then take a look at the servo saver. I would check the mesh of the servo saver with the servo adapter to make sure it is not stripped. if it is stripped look for a futaba type servo saver.
if still bad then problem exist inside the steering servo. I then would unscrew the 4 screws holding the servo together and take a look at the gears, for stripped out gears and for f.o.d. if it looks good, then your servo motor is shot or the board inside the servo is gone. if the gears are stripped get p/n : 2072 . its the servo gear set brand new.
follow instructions in booklet for reassembly and use white lithium grease on the gears during reassembly
