Question 1/16 E-Revo, Summit, or Slash??

I'm draggin my feet tryin to figure out which one i want, I think i like the MERV better than the Slash...but its not set in stone yet, so i was going to get the merv and i seen the summit wasn't that much more. I'm 16, so $300 is pretty hard for me to give up. If you were me which one of the 3 would you get? I'm gonna be mainly in dirt/grass, but if i want to run some fast passes on pavement, i want it to "get it" if you know what i mean. I thought i'd ask some people who know this stuff better than me. Thanks.

Straight up, forget the Slash. Flips too easy and has very limited terrain options. Is only good if you are going to run in sanctioned races.

The MERV is a tried an true vehicle. Really shines on-road and groomed tracks. Limited off-road capability.

The 1/16 Summit is an all around vehicle. Flips and rolls a lot on pavement; but makes up for it running through grass and all sorts of off-road driving.

Overall, you'll probably get the most out of a 1/16 Summit. Truck is really tough, so thankfully you won't be buying too many replacement parts. And for the $320 its a complete ready-to-run package. Only extra stuff you really need is a second battery ($20) and a parrallel cable ($5).

go with the merv it goes anywhere the summit does if you put long travel rockers on it and it rips on and off road!!
