Who's running 50+ mph with the T-Bone chassis brace & front bumper?

The T-Bone chassis brace & front bumper is very large. Which is good for impacts but I was wondering how the car reacts aerodynamically at higher speeds (50+ mph)?

the speed calculators say i am at 63 mph

i run a tbone, full skid and bumpers

dont have an issue with it.... i dont think it does anything bad to the aerodynamics... it actually isn't too heavy, and the weight it does add, is down low, helping keep it planted.....


now my bug body... haha, that thing is like a parachute

i haven't had any proper issues with it. but theoretically, wouldn't it help air scoop underneith the vehicle?

Don't forget it does have holes it, which air can pass through

For those using the T-Bone, how does the full set (Fr. and Rear Bumpers + bottom skid plate) compare to just getting the bumpers?

I'm tempted to go for bumpers alone to save weight and slightly improve clearance when running on grass. But having that full length plate looks like it could improve chassis strength significantly, and maybe prevent broken bulkheads, etc.

I have the whole set up and I wish I would have bought it from the get, it would have saved so many parts, I also believe if you run the whole 3 piece set up it would help from busting bulkheads and the chassis since all 3 pieces are connected.

i just hit a curb at 70km'ish
flew 2m in the air and quite a nice aerobatic menuever too lol
no serious damage, just a broken tie rod end... and a wolverine style graze on my tbone front bumper
it'll definitely save you, get the whole set. great insurance
