    MnM me too, lol
I forgot what mine was White TB6 or something,I have a pic where it charged my 6cell nimh to nearly 11V the other to about 10V. Worked great first charge, second charge, didn't quite manage a third charge and ruined my nimhs. Thats what made me buy LiPo.
They do look good. Maybe mine was just a dud.
I Bought a more expensive 3x the price, same spec charger never let me down once.In over 12months.

I'm using the Thunder AC6 charger and again, happy with it. It's just a single battery charger but will charge just about every type of battery under the sun.

This is my second one though. The 1st one I had to send back because one of the buttons stopped working. The vendor refunded my money and I just ordered another one. No problem with the replacement.

Do you mean Thunder AC6 off amazon or hobbypartz or Thunder Power A6?

    1. ThunderPower is a seperate company that makes top quality racing LIPOs and chargers
    2. The Thunder AC6 is made by a compleatly different company that is a division of HEli-X or something I think
    3. THunderPOwer dosn't make a A6 charger

The stock dewalt gear, it's glued and shrunk on, You need to cut down the length between the teeth don't go down to the shaft.
Flip it 180 degrees and cut again, this time you can go down to the shaft. Use a decent size flat blade screwdriver and twist the gear off, the gear should just snap in half.
Then the side where there is a mark from where you cut you need to grind a flat area for the new pinions grub screw to fix too.

as long as you don't try and force the pinion off,
Just keep cutting inline between the teeth and a large flat blade screwdriver to twist it apart.
Your cutting disc maybe to large you need to go the full length of the pinion, I done two cuts length ways and two width, so it looks like it's quartered came off very easy.
You could try 4 length ways maybe easier.
but do it where you can pick up the pieces the glue is strong and will fly off accross the room.

on here you can just see where i cut into the shaft slightly.

but then you just grind that down to make a flat spot.

    sort of,
Boiled some water, Let it cool poured it onto the brushes in the motor and turned by hand for a few minutes, then dipped the rear in the water up to soak the comm and brushes then ran on training mode for 5minutes,I was meant to use a full pack but got bored and put it back in normal mode. That was it.
The brushes are pretty well shaped new so the break in doesn't take much, if it went wrong just buy new brushes for $3 and start again a different way.
The water really acts as a non chemical lubricant.

I just run it with one 7.2 straight to the motor to break it in. Water break in shortens brush life even though it improves performance. But what the heck, its only $3

I dont use water, and i just run it for like 1 min. THen I install it with out a pinion and work the throttle for like 10, at first just slow then more and more until im doing it wide open in both directions.

it doesn't take much at all to break in, remember these are drill motors already pre cut brushes not normal RC motors.
Well done to getting the pinion off.

training mode gives you the half power after a few mins put in sport/race mode don't strain it over rough land, check temps. If alls good go wild.

Maybe also stay away from high C rate lipo too for the first run or two. I have a hard time telling between tranning mode and regular when running lipo, only at full throttle do I notice its slower. Could be my lipo is 65C, 135C burst, or just that im plain out stupid.

those who know me well would say the latter.

The easiest is just wet the brushes and comm turn by hand about a minute, Then run in truck training mode try not to use the brakes for about a pack ideally. I lasted 5min then put it in sport mode.
hHd mine running for over 1year and still good.
You should notice when you put it in sport mode every time you take the maxx out for a run, it should get better and better. But remember check temps. Use a safe gear at first. I'm upto running a 28t now with very cool temps.
I've never seen someone burnout new brushes including from the trade who just swap over and use as normal straight off. These brushes fit in a range of tools not just the drills.

Took a break from my project but now im back. I had the truck running for a few mins then the power stoping going to the wheels. When I checked i could spin the wheels but the output shaft that the spur assembly is on wouldnt spin with it and vice versa. SO i took off the transmission and opened up I didn't see any bad gears put it back together it spinned how it should but at one point it binds. I can spin it back and fourth maybe 3/4's of a turn the it locks; if I'm spinning it back or forth.

Are you referring to just the tranny or the entire truck? U dont have 2 speed, so I can imagine what would cause the tranny to lock like that.

If ur talking about the truck, start going down the drive line and moving everything to see what is good and what is stuck.
