Traxxas new Corp Headquarters

I understand Traxxas has begun construction of their new corporate headquaters in Dallas. Will any part of the be open for public use? Any plans for large races?

I read something about them possibly having a showroom with all the Traxxas vehicles ever made, old and new. Like, I think maybe the prototypes!

Ha, I love how they picked of all cars, a Porche to be in the picture! I +1 the idea to make some of it public, that would be absolutely amazing! It would GIVE me an excuse to go make a trip down there!

I just read on an online newspaper that they are going to include a museum and auditorium!

I work in an Architecture firm here in Texas and have access to view all of the projects going up in the state. Heres the down low.... 124000 sq ft, auditorium , museum, and plans for several tracks made special for each of their different cars, also a top of the line pro shop!!! I won't get into more details, such as what their paying for this, but I will say their not sparring any expense to make this the Vatican of RC !!!

Well if they do what is posted above, that will still be pretty cool. Right now they are only about 25 minutes from where I work but the move up to McKinney would make it about 35 to 40. Any idea when all this is gonna happen?

I live less than 1/2 mile from where they are currently breaking ground. They started building about 3 months ago on Stacy Road and SW Hwy 121 in McKinney, Tx. From what I understand, they will have retail shops and a track for every type of product they make (on road, off road and a pond for Boats), it's massive. I'm stoked! My neighbors complain about how loud my Nitro is, so their new HQ couldn't be more convenient.

I bet it's for their drag strip and high speed runs.
