hey guys i just got a used rusty and had a few questions. first off my rear end is posi but my friend has a new one and it is limited slip, what is the difference. is this the reason mine keeps breaking axles? i can run mine and assoon as the tires break traction i break an axle it has the steel upgraded drive yokes but still using the plastic axles hat is someting i can upgrade to or change to keep this from happening. i thought it might be due to putting the 3.3 on it the 2.5 was shot when i got it and my LHS only had the 3.3. ay other good upgrade choices would be appreciated thanks

well to me it sounds like ur buddy doesnt have a rusty.. cuz rusties are only 2 wheel drive.. as for urs breakin axels i dont think its cuz of it havin a 3.3 cuz most of us on here have 3.3's even tho that can cause it even like my 3.3 i have alot of hop up parts and still use the stock shafts, i just dont think its somethin that would cause them to break everytime you put in new axels, but you can give these a shot http://www3.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin...&I=LXWLD2&P=ML

what I meant was on mine if you spin one wheel by hand the other spins the same but on my buddies the spin opposite. As for the axles any ideas on why they keep breaking

Check over your bearings. also make sure your tires arent being over tightened. Are the little black hubs rubbing the bearing carriers. Being posi has nothing to do with it or does the 3.3. I loved my 3.3 and I make the diff posi to drive straight line. My $$$ is on overtightened wheels.
