    throttle trim

    what does the throttle trim do on the transmitter?

    It controls how much gas you can give the truck.
    You can also adjust the idle using it but it's not recommended.

    well um... my car is electric. So if i adjust it, it will reduce or increase the car's speed?

    It will do neither. It can be thought of as changing the width or location of neutral on the trigger.

    The throttle trim tells the truck where the throttle is neutral. So, if the car is going forward, then turn the knob to the right or
    clockwise (vise-versa for going reverse).

    I know this is an old thread but the trim knob has a black part and a chrome part. The black part turns like it is supposed to but does it really do anything by adjusting the black portion?
