    Question Rear driveshaft upgrade

    Ok I was thinking of getting a rear drive shaft upgrade and was wondering which ones?.Cheers.

    You are only going to upgrade the rear? Why not all four? Have you broken the stock drive shafts?

    I say go with Tekno RC M6 dog bones. Have had them and haven't had any binding problems at all. If you decide to go with the MIP's make sure you get the X-Duty ones!!
    If its under control, your not going fast enough!

    Ok cheers will probably go with the Teknos also Im not upgrading all four because Ive heard that the 3s breaks the back ones and the front ones are ok.Cheers

    I have broken the fronts on 3s. Its not as frequent as the rears but they still break. Only thing about the Teknos is that the factory hex nuts will not work with them..i would get some tekno hex's as well. I just drill the center of the stock ones out a bit and have had no problems.

    i bought the mip front driveshaft and they would break more quicker then the stock ones. for the rear i got the X dutys and i havent had a problem so far. theres a lot more thicker and better.

    Ok but would I be able to use the AKA 1/8 wheel adapters with th MIP?

    I don't see why not. The MIPS do not change the diameter of the spindle. So as long as they would fit the stocks then there should be no issues.

    I have aka's and mips all around. No probs. X-duties are the best IMO. Just use locktite on the set screws.

    Ive been running MIP x-Duties since about a month before they were released (i was privi'd to a set from them early) and i have had zero issues with them since day one
