    Traxxas Fiero GPS RTR

From your years of collecting RC, how tough has it been to find a NIB Traxxas Fiero RTR from 1987?

If you aren't going to sell it, why would you leave it in the box? That's pointless, you can't even see it.
Some like R/C's that are fast, others like nitro

I leave it in a box so that it doesn't take up any space. Besides, if I see the car out in the open, I would get tired of looking at it. Every once in awhile, I would open the box to look at it for a few minutes and put it away. This car is unused. So it's best to keep it in the box because it's a part of Traxxas history of the late 1980's. The box and instructions booklet is a reminder of that time of my life.

i have no idea, ive asked my cousin multiple times and he never gives me a straight answer. probably because it would get taken apart and lost, since his garage is all rc parts in boxes, on the floor, on tables, everywhere

Darthfury, I wasn't talking about your post. If you take it out sometimes then STORING it in the box makes complete sense. I was reffering to toxic saying his cousin won't even open the box.

oh if i had a sealed nib fiero id sit it on a shelf forever and ever. as it stand my restored stocker is my one and only shelf queen, and a queen she be. if there was a fire and i had to grab one thing, that would be it.

the clear one is my shelfer, its a combination of 3 fieros. my very first in the late 90's (one of my first rc's) a car i found locally some years ago, and a third to supplement a few parts

whenever a nib fiero pops up (and they do from time to time) i always seem to be short on cash, one of these days though...

ideally id like to have 3, a nib kit i would build, an rtr (1402) id keep nib and a (1401) kit id keep in box. but im not made of money.

    oh and its gtp
