My friend has a non-VXL Bandit (totally stock... ugh) that, whenever you turn on the controller, hold the EZ-set button until the light flashes once for the second time, decides to not move. Can someone please help me and my friend? I know it is probably really simple, but I haven't used the XL5 or whatever it is for a really long time (thanks to the good people at Castle Creations).

So you are talking about an XL-5 Bandit with a Titan motor?

In that case it could be the Titan which is not working anymore. You could check if it turns by connecting it to a small battery.

Can't you disconnect the plugs? And if you didn't use it for a long time, the motor isn't really new anymore

I can unplug it, it's just really hard, And he got the motor and ESC not a week ago.
