Are these trx pinions? How about going down with pinion, maybe 11 or12 and 50 or 52 spur. I don't think your temps would change more than a few degrees. Castle makes pinions, Losi too. Iv'e tried Robinson Racing but it was a cheap couple of pinions that were chewed up and spit out in days. The Robinson hard steal pinions are supposed to be really good a ton better.

It seems odd to me that you're having this issue (it doesn't come up). How exactly are they breaking? How are you installing them? Is the grub screw completely seated on the motor shaft?

With that said, Losi pinion gears are nice because they have more material around the grub screw than most pinion gears do.

yes the grub screw is completely seated on the shaft, yesterday I broke another this time a 11t, I've been trying diff gearing so, that's why I'm switching pinions back and foward, it seems that the issue is with the small ones specially 11,13 it always break at the same point behind the screw.

If that's the case, try to get your hands on some Losi pinion gears. They shouldn't break where it sounds like yours are because of the Losi pinion gear design.

AFAIK, Losi doesn't make 32P or 0.8 Module gears.
I know they're having their break there by your brake drums. No, you're not invited.
