    Servo

Will this have enough power to turn my summit with just one servo?

That servo has less torque than a single traxxas stock unit.for a bit more $.. the ******* 767hv is what i am running and it has 327oz at 6v metal geared. The hitec servos are very good but the high torque ones are not inexpensive.Savox servos are gaining popularity,Never tried one myself

Those look very likely to be re-badged Hitec 645 servos. I would suggest one or more digital servo(s), but how important is the waterproof feature to you?

I really enjoy the waterproof electronics, so it would be pretty high on my list of criteria, bt I could probably live without it.

Any servo can be waterproofed easily enough- just open it up and stuff it with di-electric grease ( doesnt conduct electricity ) and then coat the seams with some liquid latex ( plasti-dip ) or similar.

I would like to be able to run just 1 servo and I would like one that is relatively cheap because I am on a budget

    Cheapskate..

Try this thread for ideas and links etc:

    http://traxxas.com/forums/showthread...steering-servo

Any standard sized servo for a maxx or revo will work fine in the summit- just remember the base line spec of 250in/oz of torque- speed isnt so important in the summit I suppose but .25sec or less will be snappy enough.
