    Cool Motor And Esc max temps

    I just bought a temperature sensor today and i was wondering what is the temperature on the motor and the esc that i should be running and the temperature that i should not be running?
    Also do i really need to worry about the ESC Temp?
    When i run these Lipo's
    2cell 5400mah =
    or
    3cell 5000mah =
