    Are these any good...?

    Still looking for good steel shafts, will these work..? MIP X-Duty CVD Kit, Traxxas Slash, Rustler Nitro, Stampede Nitro

    I've run these on a lot of different trucks in the solid axle/non-slider versions. They are strong, but the standard 8/32 sized axle threads, and oddball 11/32" wheel nuts kind of suck (stock TRX fair is a 4 mm axle, with an 8 mm nut). Also, on my Stampede, I have to run really thin hex drive hubs, because the threaded part of the axles is so short.

    OK, not an option for me, I run front hexes in the back so that's not gonna work.. I'm looking for a good pair of steel sliders. Any sugestions..?

    Look around, but I think these are it. The stock plastic TRX sliders, with steel yokes is a good option.

    those are a good axle.i just got a set for mine and they hold up with a Mamba Monster in it running dual 11.1's
