Thanks Dr.J..it is a beast, i have been beating it real hard.. can see in the Vid section for Pede 4x4..some serious full throttle runs..and jumps..last session i stripped rear wheel (left)..impressed that the revolvers hold up so good as they did..

4s on that setup is insane. If I had a ramp, I know of a nice straight road leading to an empty house. I bet I could jump my p4de and clear the house on 4s.

Il be using ******* Hardcase 4500/30c and 5000/20c 4s lipo, they are a direct fit, but must use the option battery-strap.

That bashing day was one of the first i drove with my mates..

Gearing will be like the last sessil. 54/16. I will use Revo slipper in my car.

Planning to do a "build a rock"et" solid Stampede" Thread all pics step by step part number and so on..have not decided yet but i do plan..

Thanks, mate. Funny thing that just those two are on backorder . There is another 5000/20C, but that doesnt fit.
Maybe I'll get a Kypom 4200mAH one. Not too much run time, but on the other hand it's only 403 grams.

Ordered a GoPro HD2 camera..does Traxxas offer any bracket for the camera?, or do i have to fabricate one for my self...pne for mounting inside the lide, rear and the o. The side of the car ?...

It seems the Traxxas #6840 is a special mount for the GoPro. Not sure if it will work on your car.

I do not have an actual 4s battery yet, I plan to order another 3s and a 4s.

I run 2 sky lipo 5000mah 40c 2s in series for my 4s runs. I'll be running a few later today if it doesn't rain again.

Split Six look nice. Chrome often looks good, but you gotta take care to take the chrome layer off before glueing.

With a parts order like that, can you really call this a p4de? Im following your thread closely as Ive just ordered a MMP/2400 combo as well. Id love to have the balls to make that order, but I have a wife instead, so i have to sneak them in $20 at a time. The only thing i would change is the body, but since a WK2 Jeep Grand Cherokee body doesn't exist (would love to match my actual car), i'll have to settle for something else. Looking forward to the build.

Can you elaborate on the slipper upgrade? You really think this is needed? What exactly are you replacing with? My 2400 combo is on order. Also, based on the dates of this thread, is this your second pede of nearly the exact same design? What happened to the first?

The slipper has a bigger area, not sure exactl if e Revo slipper is needed, it was on my "XL" Pede it was a must.
