    dewalt

    hi guys,

    can anyone advise on the part code for the dewalt motor to use.

    i have read the 12v would be great but 14v would be best of both,

    part codes would be great as iv been looking around and loads pop up and im unsure what to buy..


    ps im in the uk...

    396505-21 is the 14.4v, 396505-20 is the 12v. Ebay has a few items, but other Uk based spare-parts sites will have more stock ( google-fu time... ).
    Keeping the Mods busy is my specialty...

    have you tried both motors?

    why do some people go the 12v way and some the 14v way.

    I haven't tried either- I'm 100% Brushless, baby!

    Have a search for dewalt motor threads and see what people are saying..
    Keeping the Mods busy is my specialty...

    consider to start saving up for a brushless system if RC is an appealing hobby to you... if you just love to drive that erevo..
    once done the BL conversion, you will think hmm... thats why so many Traxxas models start coming brushless now
