Aluminum Slipper pads
I checked behind my spur and saw that one of the 3 pads was broken in half.
And then i saw these and i was wondering if the will fit the 2wd slash , I thing they will hold out better than the stock ones.
So are the pads of the revo same size as of the slash 2wd , Its looks like they are.
also there are these from different material http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...=STRK:MEWAX:IT
and these longer ones with more surface. http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...=STRK:MEWAX:IT
what do you think ? will the normal or the longer ones fit the stock 2wd slipper ? i wish they are because i will be running an 1:8 big motor

I'm interested in this too. What are the pros/cons of aluminum or graphite pads vs. rubber?
yeap , that's one of the reasons i started this thread !! any thoughts ?
The aluminium ones don't wear as fast and are more resistant to heat. This is important in an E-Revo for example, and likely with a high power 1:8 motor like this too.. the stock motor or standard 1:10 BL sets shouldn't make them necessary.
Ok thanx fot the reply but what about the graphite ones?
I never used the graphite ones, so I can't tell you anything about them. I use the large aluminium ones on my ERBE and the small ones on my Slash.
