    Newbie looking for advice

    how do i break in a new engine on a traxxas slash 2wd???? please i need good advice. thanks

    But to save you time take it to a open parking lot and drive in large figure 8's with out using reverse or the breaks for 1 whole pack. Avoid haed accelerations and use steady throttle control. Then after that pack is spent I like to let it cool for a cpl minutes put in a second pack and run that pack a little harder but still avoiding breaking and sharp turn as not to "LOAD" the motor 2 much. After the 2nd pack in the words of Humpty " Dowutchalike". Im still running the original 12t can from my truck in my stadium truck and its still strong after 8 months

    Thank u very much for the help!! Took the truck to a parking lot at the wifes work place. i tried to do exactly as u said, had 2 use the brakes acouple times. It was the first time ever running a car. Thanks again and Im sure u will hear from again and again. Love the truck

    i have the 12t titan. what is the best way to keep the engine clean??

    Electric motor spray every few runs & oil the bushings after cleaning.
