    Integy JUNK cvd !

Integy CVD installed over 2 months ago asked for picture proof that they were crap

    Sent these pics to them

supposedly they going to make new batch so they say and send me a set

haven't heard back from them , anyone has this problem cv splines dont have enough inward travel in the cups to let the suspension compress pass level a arms , I have since installed MIP x duty and these or now sitting in the box !

Right I know , when lifted up i could see the tip or the pin fixing to pop out ! One side worked fine till i put the other on then it pushed against each other and wha-lha crap ! the rear end had just enough slack in it with one installed for it to compress.

My buddy got Integy driveshafts for his Stampede and not only did they limit the suspension travel as noted here, but he bent one of the axles within 10 minutes of bashing, and snapped it off completely within 3 batteries. His stock driveshafts had no such problems for the 4 months of bashing he'd put it through, and he only replaced them because the U-joints were beginning to show slop. For that reason, I've always steered clear of Integy.

What if you spaced the axel shafts with shims so that that are more into the dif halfs. also im not to sure but like mip with some 4x4 like the losi im sure thay make fronts and rears is this the same with the Integy CVD`s just a thought.

Yeah they make fronts and rears , the package said rear but I never tried putting them on the front to see if they got mixed up some how ! The problem with them is I think they or a tab bit long already so shims would make them tighter. I tried to take the lil fiber washer out on the axal on the cv side of the carrier and still to tight , they or binding against the rear diff output because of the inward travel when suspension is compressed. I thing the fix would be a tad bit longer cup and tab bit shorter cvd shaft. I may try fitting them to the front if my mip's ever break , Or just send them back with a nice lil note with them !
