New servo
I am starting to race this year for my first time what would be one of best digital servos i can buy for my 2wd slash. i guess i would would be looking for a high speed servo vs a torquey one since theres no power to the front tires???? right

Just use the stock waterproof servo 2075, it does just fine for racing, plenty of torque and just quick enough. If you chose to move up, just make sure you get the right size servo, because the slash uses a little bigger size than standard. Look up steve slayden's stuff, he recommends a good servo, I just can't remember the name of it. I race at a very competitive track in Utah and the standard slash servo works good for short course, I race a 2wd and 4x4 slash, both with the stock servo! You may want to invest in a better (stronger) servo saver though. Also research that, I have one, but I forgot the name and part number for it, just search around the forums and net, that's how I found out about it all!
