Thinking about d-blocking my ken block.

Now that I have a red fiesta body and I REALLY like how it looks along with all my red upgrade parts... im thinking I might use my Ken Block body as the runner and keep the fiesta body as the shelf body. If I did this, I was thinking I may strip all the Ken Block Stickers off the KB Body and see what it looks like bare... anyone done this yet? Anyone have a pic for me?

    What do you guys think?

I'm on the same boat....The Ken Block body I received was a mess. Most of the stickers had air bubbles and have dust inside them. Some of the stickers edges are not even sticking to the body. I put too much time on the fiesta for it to be ruined in a week. I'll run the KB but will keep most of the graphics that were applied correctly.

I've d-blocked the chassis, save for the green aluminum rockers I bought that I don't like (and can't send back)... I'd like to go with the red parts as it looks nicer. The traxxas rods are awesome. As far as the body is concerned... I have left it alone and will use it as the shelf unit once the clear bodies become available.

I have thought about doing the same thing. I only have one KB body now and will strip the next one.

I went ahead and did my best... I got pretty much all the KB stuff off... Except for the actual painted graphics ln the roof. Im going to try and buy a stock fiesta window sticker set as well at some point. But i do like this body with the stock white drip graphics... I'll post some pics when im home from Vegas.

I dont mind it really... I need to cover up the graphics on the roof and i think im going to get a set of stock Fiesta window and grill decals. But other than that... it looks pretty good. Pics coming as soon as I figure out how to get them off my new camera.

Heres the pics... my only other plan as ive mentioned is to buy a stock fiesta window kit to get ride of the #43 on the windows and get the top of the windshield back. Then, I need to figure out how to cover up the graphics on the roof... havent figure that out yet but I will...

I stole the wing from this car for my Red Fiesta.

Why don't you just trim out the "windows" from the decal... it'll be black underneath and shiny like glass. Looks good though!

I thought about that, but the windows actually have a slight graphic in them and I think it will look odd to have the centre of the window missing. I cut the graphic off the top of the windshield and I really dont like how it looks...
