I'm intersted to hear more of what you run on and how you run. Other then the the castle and 4s I have the same set up. What you think about the tire/wheel combo?

The wheel and tire set up works really well. Especially with the center differential. There's just enough slip that unless I'm on tarmac, I rarely flip over. I often run on 2S Parallel too. I get crazy long runtimes, well over an hour.

Good to hear, I just installed CD and have 2s on the way. Still testing the diff weight but so far like that it dont flip over every time I give it some power. That along with the wheel/tire combo seems to have givin me plunty to deal with tuning for now..lol

I've just been using the stock diff oil and I haven't had any problems. I can still get the front end to lift up on tarmac but it seems pretty much perfect for dirt. I haven't actually gotten much use of it lately on account of it being winter and without the stock ESC it's not waterproof. Unfortunately my stock ESC blew after it's first run. (and that was just on a pair of NiMHs)

I like the case, but a nice CCM gym bag I bought fits my controller merv and 8 batteries and tools perfectly! The case makes it look like a "bomb pro" RC car from COD black ops! hahah! Thumbs!

Isnt that the regular mamba max and not the pro? If so i thought 3s was the maximum you could run it on.

It is the regular Mamba Max, but as long you disable the LiPo cutoff it works on 4S.
