This is my first real RC car and so far I've been having a blast. I've done a lot of upgrades and enjoy bashing in parking lots, parking garages etc... But the carpet track near me just opened back up and ever since I've had the car I've wanted to race it. I went up there just to practice and quickly discovered two things. 1. I'm a really bad driver (It was my first time) 2. This car even with different tires really likes to slide on the carpet. I was using these tires I got from tower

Any suggestions on making this car perform better on carpet? I'm thinking a new set of tires just for carpet will be next.

Foam tires work amazingly on carpet
Are the tires supposta to blow off going into 2nd?
