    1/10th rally vxl concept idea

i had the idea of takeing a 1/16 rally vxl and stretching it so it the size of a 1/10 then make 4 dif bodies for the 4 dif channels. and the it will probly look like the losi rally with a subaru wrx impreza body the 4 bodies would be this: channel 1:red wrx impreza channel 2: black Ford Escort RS1600
channel 3: white Audi Sport Quattro S1 channel 4:blue Peugeot 206 T16. it would look the same on the inside except it would have 2 mamba monster,2 enclosed battery boxes (like the summit), come with two 7 cell flat packs and it would have the 4wd blue shaft. by the way if any one knows a good website for
designing rc cars let me know

No need to stretch the 1/16, just take an E-Revo or ERBE, put limiters in the shocks, use appropriate tires (maybe from the Slayer or Slash?) and find a Rally style body and put it on it. And since it would come with a 2.4, you don't need to worry about the channel but could get different bodies. Problem is that Traxxas--if they were to produce it--would have to get rights to use the names.

The "E" in front of both designates it being electric.

I have this feeling Traxxas will have a 1/10 Rally based off the E-Revo platform.....

E-Revo platform would likely be way too large, slash is a bit closer but even that has a wheelbase that is a bit too long. I mocked it up a couple times via the 1/10th scale tamiya evo 6 body i have around the house.

Both the E-Revo and Slash (4x4) are a bit closer in size to the old HPI Super Nitro Rally cars. The slash 4x4 is actually VERY close in size.

    E-Jato
Want to increase your profits? Well then you could make an electric Jato. Some electronics you could use are the Venilnoen 3500kv motor and the electronic speed (ESC) for it. Or the mamba max 1/8 scale 8000kv motor. For a radio you could use the 2.4 gh and receiver
One reason the electronic RC Jato is that if you live in a place with many floods you can’t drive in through 3” of water with out damaging your motor. If you have a a waterproof esc and motor you can drive it in the flood water. With the Venilnoen you could put a 2 or 3s lipo and go about 60 or 70 mph. Which is faster than the stock nitro one.
The second reason is that if you live very far away from a hobby store you can just charge and go. But with nitro you run out of gas and you have to go buy more and waste lot’s of time when with the easy peak charger it takes 20 to 30 min.
The third reason is you could make a mini version like the mini Slash VXL which I have one mini E-Revo VXL and the mini Rally VXL and summit VXL . Which would increase your profits. which would al so make more fun cars and trucks fun to drive and jump.

That would be one of the many ways to increase your profits so that is why you should make a E-Jato!!!!!!!!!

The 1/16 revo has the same width as the 4-Tec, stretch it like 3cm and it is just as long, it wouldn't perform as good as the slash 4x4 offroad but it would fit a standard touring car body
