running with 2 batteries vs 1 battery

anybody running 2 at a time? Will the extra weight make it easier or harder to drift?

The car is actually designed to be run with a single battery on the left side. If you read the manually completely there is a section that talks about weight balance and how the car has been balanced at the factory to run just a single battery. My experience supports this. With 2 batteries the car would drift one way and spin out the other EVERY time... it was annoying. I took the right side battery out and the problem went away. Jakey also noted this in his comments about his car... as have a few other members. You certainly CAN run 2 batteries at a time... but it handles better with just one.

When done correctly, light weight is always right!
