Ball bearings in the steering assembly
I just purchased the ball bearings part number 5114 to replace
the stock plastic bushings part number 2545 for the steering assembly. However when I try to install them they don't seem to fit (slide over the shaft). The
measurements are the same as the stock ones (4x8x2.5mm) so I don't
understand why this wouldn't work. When forced on they act like a spring, moving the servo saver right or left. Has anyone else run into this problem?

Yes, with my Merv. I gave up trying to hone/sand the post, or find a bearing that fits as well as the plastic seat.

RC Turnbuckle Jr.
The bearing for the steering is 5x8x2.5. It's a tight fit but fits.
