I think you mean the center differenitial. I'm too new to 4wd to add any insight except that I'd lik to have one to play around with. Search the slash threads, there is sure to be some debates!

I own a Slash 4x4 and have not had this problem. Maybe you can use the MIP cvd kit for the Slash 4x4 if the it has the same axle/ subaxle setup.

The center diff will help reduce the power to the rear and send it to the front. You will loose the wheely ability, but the truck will be much more manageable with the extra power.
I dont get why people break the shafts and yokes. I am runnin much more power with a 1/8 system on 4s and my stock 4x4 shafts hold up great with hard bashing.

some people don't like the mip, he have too much set screw to loc tite and the pin come alway disassembled. The tekno rc M6 drive shaft are simple and efficiency with bigger bearing, new carrier and it only 45$ for rear and 42$ for front.

If you have your slipper loose and your still breaking or twisting shafts I think you should look at whats causing this problem. Like Rag said... lots of people running the same or more power through their 4X4 drivetrains with little or no shaft issues. There must be something wrong.

I have no idea wat it could be beside that.I'm gonna get the steal drive shafts and see wat happens.maybe go back to the smaller pinion gear.I would think the smaller one will make it worse with it having more torgue.

I found it @ tower for 40 bucks.. and the Center diff for the same.. decisions, dicisions... If the only bad part about the diff is wheelies then I'll probably go that route. I still have the 2x4 for that.

Sorry, thought this was tha 2wd forum. To my knowledge, the associated slipper cannot be adapted to the 4wd drive line, but can be on the 2wd with the strc shaft.
