    New Summit Question.

I just ordered a new Summit and will want to take it to brushless sometime soon. (When I have the money to do it.) I have been wondering what brushless setup works best.
    Thanks

P.S This Summit will be mostly used for crawling as I have a Slash and Slash 4x4 Ultimate for bashing.

P.P.S I am planning on running 2 cell 5000 mah Lipos with it.

Just curious are you dead set on going brushless? Maybe you should look into the Dewalt set up. Very powerfully brushed motor, can be rebuilt.
    No you cant drive it
my RC is owner operated only

Tekin RX8 is the system I like the best. Have one of each, MMM and RX8. Slow speed with the Tekin is amazing and it gets up and really goes. Really, really like it. Loose waterproofing thou. Look on the Revo side to find lots of information as well. Taking my Summit to an E Revo. Played out the Summit. Having a blast with the change.

Do I have to take apart a drill to use the Dewalt motor. What Esc would I run with that?

Use the stock ESC. Have to make the mounting holes a little bigger in the motor mount. Suggest you also get a longer screw for the top as the dewalt is a heavy motor plus the spacer leaves not much room for the screw threads to hold. The dewalt is fun but not like brushless. But it remains waterproof. Buy the motor from several sources. Do search for dewalt and find lots of information.
