    Changing tires helps a lot.
But I think that either of the tires that come with the Rally or the KB model are supposed to be drift tires, hard plastic. I'll be interested to get a set of the #7372R soft tires to try on the rear when they finally come out. Otherwise I have been able to buy several different sets of other tires, and all of them hook up better than the stock tires.

I guess that is a drift tire too, HPI makes a lot of different namebrand tire versions.
Tower Hobbies carries a lot of them, including Falkens.

Any helicopter head-lock gyro should work. I can't recall where I saw it, but a member on here had a $30 unit that worked just as well as the Futaba or HPI units. I got mine from a Chinese site for $12, but it's not yet been delivered. I will post up once it arrives and I can get it mounted.

Hmm, I just ordered on on Ebay but it doesn't state that it is a head-lock gyro. It's a Esky EG200A EK2-0704 model.
