    Transmission servo

    hmm my transmission servo seems to have stopped working.
    i will check it later tonight when i get back home.
    any thoughts on what i should check?

    Email traxxas they will send you a replacement thier service is exellent

    Then when that one breaks too you can upgrade to a little metal geared and/ or digital servo that isnt so prone to breaking
    Keeping the Mods busy is my specialty...

    i called traxxas they are sending me a replacement
    who makes a metal gear waterproof little servo?

    Waterproofing is so easy, dont worry about 'special' waterproof servos- all servos have o-ring seals anyway, 'waterproof' on the lable is just a marketing tool half the time; just look at the waterproof evx2...
    Keeping the Mods busy is my specialty...

    wow.. changing out this little servo is quite a bit of work.. more than i was expecting. getting the wires into the receiver box is a tight fit

    I gently pried out the receiver it's dbl sided taped in,makes it a bunch easier.
