To much blue for me. I dyed the servo case, front and rear bumpers, cooling fan chassy for the ESC and the nurf bars

Looks good! Don't forget you can also stick the antenna in dye as well.
I did the same to mine a month or so back, and with the pot I was using the chassis took the longest because I had to do one end, then flip it to get the other end dyed. Still turned out good, and can't tell that it wasn't done all at the same time.

Oh yea, absolutely you can dye their parts. I had installed an RPM gear cover that came in the color blue onto my Stampede. After seeing it installed, I hated the look of it. I heard of others dying RPM parts so I tried it myself. I dyed the blue RPM gear cover to black, and it came out perfect. I used RIT black liquid dye which I added to simmering hot water and placed the cover in for about an hour and that was it. It looks identical to the black RPM ones now. Nobody would guess it was originally blue or any color other than black.
Dye the chassis red it looks great IMO.
