Suitable micro servo's

Call me crazy, but I drove my Summit into a lake last weekend, to clean off the mud

It went in with no problem, but it lost signal when it got below the waterline
I had to use a rope to get it above the waterline, and it drove out of the lake easily.

I killed two of my microservo's though (rear diff lock, and the gear servo), so I need to order new microservo's. I'll probably order 3 or 4, because I expect the front diff lock servo's to die very soon too (judging the other two )

Anyone know about suitable waterproof (not necessarily lake-proof) servo's. Maybe even some stronger ones than default?

Hi,The micro servo's are adjustable using the white screws in the back of the transmitter.Well in the 27 mhz,and the 4 channel 2.4ghz

I also see I mentioned micro servo's, but ofcourse, the Summit has sub-micro servo's.

As far as I can see Traxxas is the only manufactures that actually produces these waterproof sub-micro's, so... Is that my only option?

If so: any tips to get them even more waterproof?

i use these to replace the micro servos that quite on my summit all you have to do is make the hole bigger so the screaws fit and i used liquied electronic tape to water proof it

How do you waterproof the opening for the gear on top?

all i did was put liqued electric tape on it were the cases goes together and it worked fine i have had it all the way under water with no problems

Pull the top off and some grease not to much up wear the gear comes through the case
