    I really want to see:

1-An amphibian summit(yes, with propel, other motor in the back,....etc and a different ESC for the other motor)
2-A different RX and TX with 6 or 7 channels for the amphibian summit
3-A watercooling system for electric cars like my homemade system
4-A nitro engine maybe a 4.4 or 4.7 watercooled OR a mini gas engine for nitro trucks.
5-Some 1/5 scale nitro or gas trucks like t-maxx or revo
6-New gearbox for slash 2wd, bandit, rustler ans stampede 2wd captable for bigger engines
    7-Bigger velineon like 3000kv 0r 2500kv
    8-minitrucks like 1/18 scale
    9-Big block chassis for t-maxx (look #4)
10-Remote start (I made one but is a bit big)
    11-Traxxas LiFe battery
    12-metal gears servo
13-A nitro funny car but with an especial cluch(exaclty configuration of a manual transmission in a 1/1scale car) moved by a servo with 3 positions
14-Maybe a 4 stroke nitro or gas engine

    here is the link for:

1/5 scale 2 stroke slash. Something to compete with other "known" rc companies. New motor besides 3.3 Something bigger and faster. Always push the limits

How about something completely new? Traxxas is known as Fastest name in radio control. To my knowledge no one ever said what they we fast at, Speed, new products, new technology. Just fast, maybe they should be know as Most versatile name in radio control. I know a crawler would be nice, I love my Summit but sometimes it is just over kill kind of makes it to easy. Big ol truck will just run over anything.

Hey guys, I think something HUGE will happen this year, just think about it... With the X0-1 and the funny car, I think they must be doing something big in the offroad department. I've read all 7 pages of this thread, and almost every other post some one wants a 1/5 scale truck. I think they are working on a larger nitro engine (OH PLEASE BE TRUE!!!) or creating a whole new platform for a 1/5 scale truck. Or maybe they are working on a gas engine, or maybe making a new platform for the Bandit/Rustler/Slash/Stampede... I bet $50 they are woring on one of the ideas I listed...

I like to see a Wraith killer aka a rock 'racer' to stay within their corporate tagline yet offer diff lockers like a Summit. Traxxas is missing out on the scaler market.

wolfslash i totaly agree with you on the 1/5 scale and they have been giving us "fill in" trucks like sun ova digger, michell DeJong bandit, mike jenkins ram slash 4x4 ultimate, the 30 year Anniversary digger and the re-released slash editions you can kind of see where im going from here. I think traxxas is going with a whole NEW new chassis and new car hopefully NOT on road. The xo1 and drag car were still cool. But they gotta come out with something big the last thing they really invented was the drag car and they need to go off road and get OFF OF ON ROAD CARS and stick with the off road vehicles (they need to stick to what their good at). They also need to make a new nitro because they only have like 9 nitro's and like 40 electrics. So traxxas, come out with an AWSOME GROUND BREAKING TRUCK. Literally and mentally. With awsome looks and awsome power! I want it to be louder than a 1/1 monster jam truck! Like a 1/5 scale tmaxx or a nitro stampede 4x4 or a 1/16 nitro truck!
Thats my 2 cents or dollar.

With the release of the Sun ova digger, I predict, that the next one will be .. Grave Digger the Legend ...And hopefully many more Monster Jam trucks
Perhaps even on the Stampede 4x4 platform (hint hint )

The "Wraith killer" rock racer idea has bin boiling here sins before the Summit was released, and I don't see it in the Traxxas future

A 1/10 Rally VXL would be nice, but a 4x4 Rustler VXL is on the top of my wish list. I see alot of 1/5th mentioned. Would be pretty sweet but with how much better Traxxas would make it than the "other" 1/5th companies.......I bet it will come with a hefty price tag. How about a nice scale off road vehicle?

Traxxas have rose up way too fast I think I read al the time before the tmaxx traxxas tried so hard to make it but now don't see the need to work as hard for rc and keep making niche products instead of best sellers I think losi are at the top of the pile for afordable popular rcs plus have their tlr range traxxas should have a think with racing a nd release a strc range and fix the 3.3 engines or aeast beef the con rod up the rod is fine in the 2.5r but not 3.3

I would love to see a traxxas big block or do the same thing as with castle and link with picco and make the maxx26 the standard engine. I love my revo more than any of the rcs I've had but now im on my 3rd 3.3 and i just can't bring myself to break it in the last one lasted 2 tanks and snapp it was replaced but my faith is gone I'm new yes but most traxxas buyers are I'm sure yet the 3.3 is an advanced engine in my book that lacks sutible parts since the was designed for half the power. I would love to use my revo but don't dare I only have 2 rcs now and their both traxxas so im not hating just wishing theyd listen to the forums.

WOW! That's the stock Bandit ride height... Is there any droop on that thing? Its got to be missing the battery

    Here's one made by Nik

*drools* that is AWESOME! And given Traxxas' involvement in 1:1 buggy racing they should do something like it, not just a decal set for the Bandit.

    1) To scale buggy

There's a few 1/10 buggies out there now that aim at more scale realism than the usual and fall outside racing regulations. Manufacturers should try and get people to race these, basically Baja inspired, slightly wider buggies than race spec 1/10 buggies.

It makes a lot of sense, now that stadium trucks are pretty much dead there's room for a wider buggy type class to run alongside short course. Where I race a guy has occasionally raced a short course based Baja style buggy alongside the trucks. I tell you what, it looks AWESOME!

    2) 1/10 rally car

A 1/10 rally car, I like the current 1/16 rally car in some respects and not others. The reason I love it, is because it is a Revo style and that's where most Traxxas cars should be going now, it is an awesome design! So basically, take the current rally car and stretch it to have a wheelbase of 255-260mm or so, and make it easy for us to fit standard 2S lipo packs, or standard saddle packs (this is really quite crucial BTW!). And that's it, done, a GREAT car!

    3) Update the Rustler platform

    What is needed here is:
    • 2WD Revo style chassis, lay down shocks with 2WD simplicty, awesome low CG.
    • A new gearbox please, make it inline with other 2WD gearboxes out there right now. That's to say WAY WAY WAY WAY smaller and lighter.
    • A low CG chassis, make it as flat as you can, no unecesary steps, or spedos mounted up high, or spur gears way up there like a 4tec.

And the 2WD buggy and Stadium truck can then be very closely based on the same platform just like the Rustler and Bandit are today. I'd rather they weren't, but I can appreciate why from Traxxas perspective they want it that way.

    4) New Slash

Once there's a new gearbox, and 2WD Revo style platform the obvious thing to do is update the Slash. And I'm not against the high CG chassis for bashing, but there needs to be factory parts for the LCG chassis, too many people do the conversion to ignore. There's a racer market there which is currently being ignored.

Thinking about it, it really doesn't matter what Traxxas makes next, it really doesn't.

    Why doesn't matter, you ask?

It doesn't matter because of you... Yes, YOU, and me, and THAT other guy. No matter what Traxxas makes, we'll turn those RCs into what ever we want. Look at the number of off road Traxxas RCs that have been converted over to pavement-only speed machines; look at the rally conversions that have been made to the XO-1.

The simple fact is, WE DON'T want them to produce our ideal RC, that would be boring. If they did that, we really couldn't call our RCs our own. But it is that very process of taking a RC and transforming it in to our own unique creation, that is when we point at that RC and say, "That is my RC, I built that!"

So Traxxas, keep giving us the flexible platforms you do, and we will take them and build our idea of the perfect RC.
