My opinion is they are made for off-road, tried on-road and they make funny noise on grass and they have good traction.

For the most part, any tires that come on an RTR are what would be described as "general purpose" - and as a result they do OK on most surfaces, but aren't stellar on any.
The mini-Summit is not really what I would describe as a high-speed vehicle, so it's a little much to expect those type of off-road knobby tires to be very good at high-speed runs.
Again, they'll probably be OK for most off-road running, snow, dirt, etc. - but if you want the truck to be superior at anything, I'd suggest buying aftermarket treads to fit any specific use (that's why companies make so many different types).

Robs, I think he was asking for someone with actual experience with those tires, not just a guess of how they might work.
