Brake problem jato 3.3?

hello guys, I bought a jet I'm not getting 3.3 more regular brake is very bad. almost no brakes, what to do to improve the brakes?

There are mods out there, But jato's have very bad braking. Hot Racing has a dual brake kit. I personally am going to try the brake kit very soon hopefully.

So random question, referring to the thread linked here how was the Revo's hub held onto the shaft to prevent it from sliding out? I'm about to ransack my LHS to do some brake work on my beast. 2 years not driving it she's crying to be ran hard and fast. I'd love to but without any brakes it's a death wish driving a 3.3 Jato without any brakes.
