If i know what porting the engine is, then i did it last night, along with making the holes in the baffle bigger. I think porting the header is just taking a dremel and grinding out the header to make the opening the same size as the one on the engine. i had to cut out a new cardboard thing to replace the old 1 that i accidently broke removing the header. As rpm's r concerned, most dremels start out at 5,000 and go up to 30,000. I stayed at 5,000 the whole time, but it tends to slow and stop, i only did cuz my parents were asleep. 15,000 rpm's shouldnt give u a problem, it is much esier than it sounds.
