Ok. I have an old gt intercepter and i sanded it down, and i painted it black with like 5 good strong coats without runs or any mistakes. Now for the hard part. I need some way that it won't come off. My bike is 4130 crom-oly and i need some sort of clearcoat. Can sombody suggest one? Like a pacticular brand? I painted it black and i want it top stay that way.

dude you cant paint on chorme oly. cause the apint will not stick you need to remove the chorme or rought it up so the paint can stick to it!or you can get it power coated its a real pretty finish but kind of costly............................................ .and it last a long time.

OH NO!!! it's not on chrome!!! It is on the bare metal! It was sanded down, then i painted 5 nice thin coats on. NOw what should i do?!? Please answer someone!!!

i don't want pegs and a gyro all that does is make the bike heavier!!! I have a racing bike. A GT Interceptor similar to the mach one ok, is there a good clearcoat spray thingy out there for metal for me?!?!?!
