Got question for 4-tec owners

Ok, i am just getting into the eletric sence. (I am a big fan of nitro, own 3 rs4 2, i dont know i just like them) I have got a 4-tec about a month ago and "hopped it" with all the parts that traxxas makes for the 4-tec, well from what i know of. I was wondering if Hpi parts fit on the 4-tec and if they do what parts. Now iam trying to get this baby to be race quality so any info would be great.

front diff carrier, wishbones, hub carriers, suspension,and probably more youve just got to try the parts!

No offense but I do not believe the information about HPI parts fitting a 4-Tec one bit. Don't go buying HPI parts for your 4-Tec unless you are 100% sure they'll work.

Perhaps pooycow will stack the parts he says will fit on top of eachother (i.e, a HPI wishbone on top of a 4-tec one) and take a pic that he can post up here to reassure you and everyone else on the forum that this will work.

I know that the parts work.
I haven't tryed it myself yet(low on cash), but I know ALOT of people that have done it, and the work great!

yes it does work

the only thing on an RS4 that eill not fit the 4-tec is the rear gearbox and the chassis, but the chassis will fit with little modification!

i haven't got a digital camera so i cannot show you all the HPI parts compared to the Traxxas parts, but i'll see if i can borrow a camera off some one i know,

If the HPI parts didn't fit i wouldn't say they would would I?

YES MOST OF THE HPI RS4 PARTS DO FIT THE 4-TEC!!!!!!

I cannot stress it more, you can buy loads of HPI parts to tune up the 4-tec!!!!
